All of our vehicles are clean and tidy and have all the correct licensing requirements as well as being maintained to a very high standard. All of our drivers are DBS checked and hold a Conwy County Council Private Hire licence. When you book a vehicle with us you travel alone and not with other people as we don't do shared transport!

Services
We supply all your transport needs from 4 seater's up to 8 seater's, trailers for luggage or golf clubs and baby booster seats. All baby seats need to be pre booked in advance and confirmation of total baby seats required. We can cater for up to 16 people as we can provide more than one minibus at a very competitive price.
Lyn-An carries out many school contracts transporting children from their door to either the school or college they are attending. All of our drivers are checked and our modern car hire fleet is maintained to the highest standards in-house. In addition all vehicles are fitted as standard with seatbelts and air-conditioning, both for your safety and comfort.
All drivers must be over the age of 21 and have held a Full DVLA driving licence for at least 12 months. If you have criminal convictions or points on your driving licence the application may be put before the council's Public Safety and Protection committee All applications are strictly monitored and kept privately.

I’ve used this company a fair few time in the past and have had great experiences.
Today- 20/10/21 at Abergele Tesco. I had parked my car up at the entrance of Tesco with my indication on while I was waiting for my elderly mother as I was picking her up. ( wind and rain was very bad ) I had only been waiting up for around 30 seconds; waiting for her to come out of the entrance.
One of your taxi drivers pull up in front picking someone up (Which I was doing). Very rude pointing at me and saying something under his breath. Telling me to park in a car space.

Shocking. Myself and my wife are exempt from masks (personal reasons). The driver who arrived firstly wouldn't let us sit in the back together, he needs to keep kne side clear and said one us MUST sit in the front then proceeded to tell us he will not take us because we wont wear a mask. When i rang Lynn Ann they said it's company policy - they are willfully the breaking disabilities act and discriminating.
This was us giving a 2nd chance.
Last time we used them was a year ago, my car was out of action and at 10pm we had to get a taxi to Rhyl from Abergele to see to my wifes nana who wasn't well

The driver showed up early and waited for us, he was very polite and friendly and gave us all the information we asked for about Lyn An Ltd, he also was going to knock the fair down to £9.00 from £9.20 but I gave him £10.00 because he was an excellent driver and provided an excellent service, I would definitely recommend to everyone to use this taxi service.

I've just tried to order ataxi from my mums to go home and due to my respatory and heart condition cant wear a mask and tried to tell them this and was told I had to wear 1 even though I have a medical exemption card and also a letter from my GP. so i hung up now i have to walk 0.7miles in the rain to get home very unprofessional and will not use again. do not recommend. Used them so much in the past but won't use again.

I used Lyn-An as it worked out cheaper than to drive and park at Manchester Airport. I will never drive again as the service was amazing.
Prompt, with text updates. Impeccable vehicles and on dropping us off and picking us up the timing was 5 min before. The drivers had been very helpful with bags and dropped us off by the main door.
What a way to start and end a holiday, I couldn't recommend it any more and would never personally drive to the airport again.
