KBS were fantastic from start to finish from initial booking to delivery and collection. Toni was really helpful and worked with me to ensure we could have a bouncy castle last minute and on a very busy day for them. Delivery was on time and the castle and play accessories were excellent and clean- just what we wanted!
From a customer service… perspective, KBS really went above and beyond to deliver; the team were super friendly with our over excited and enthusiastic children and we were very grateful for this too.

Used KBS several times in the past, this year we went if with their new pirate package.

We hired a dinosaur themed soft play and bouncy castle for our son’s 2nd birthday and it was AMAZING! All the children at the party absolutely loved it and the set up was incredibly efficient and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service from KBS, Toni went out of her way to organise the delivery of a Candy Twist Disco Dome for my daughter's 6th birthday and was great and quick at responding to any phonecalls/ emails. Barry delivered & collected the dome quickly and the dome itself was amazing! Everyone at the party was really impressed and the kids had a brilliant time. I would be very keen to recommend KBS to any family or friends in the future.

We hired the under the sea bouncy castle and soft play package in October 2021 for my sons 3rd birthday party. The guys that turned up to set up for our party were friendly, quick and efficient. The equipment… was immaculate, very well looked after. I would not hesitate to use KBS again and I’m already thinking of what we can hire for my sons 4th birthday party!

I have used KBS twice in the last month, first for my daughter's 4th birthday hiring the unicorn bounce and slide (perfect even with a bit of rain) and then for my own 40th with the brilliant adult disco dome. The service was brilliant from my first conversation, doing their best to fit me in despite all the uncertainty Covid restrictions were creating. They delivered and collected when they said they were going to and kept me well informed. I wouldn't fault them for service, equipment or the friendliness of the staff who delivered and collected.
