I had a scuff to my rear bumper courtesy of a lady driver, her insurance were good and accepted liability.
My insurance company use Jenkins & Pain, the lady who called to book me in was brilliant and fun to speak with.
I had to mess them about with dates due to other unforseen circumstances, she was great. The work was sorted and the repair was really good.
I want to say the lady who dealt with me, I am sorry I cant recall her name as I write, was brilliant.

I would advise anyone using the service to check what they are actually getting. I found out the car car was being repaired farther than replacement of the plastics on the day my wife took it in. Had I known I would have rejected it there and then as we had only owned the car for a few weeks. When I challenged this to found the receptionist rude and abrupt and lacked compassion in regards to why I wanted my wife’s car repaired to a standard that we brought it in. Having had the similar car repaired some years ago and seeing the repair fail after a few years I don’t want to experience this again

Unfortunately our car went into the garage in a sad state from an accident. Our insurance uses this garage for their customers and I have to say i couldn't of asked for a better garage and bunch of workers! They were fantastic from start to finish, they were very happy to cater to my needs to come and collect the car and were fantastic at providing us with a rental car as I think at the time a courtesy car was not available bearing in mind we paid no additional costs just our excess on the insurance. They were friendly, prosfessional and kept us informed on what they were doing and how long it

Really impressed. My little Fiat came back to as new. New panels or a new boot covering had been fitted . Repainted and polished. It looked as new.

One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Constant updates and amazing service if only everyone was like this. Very efficient and kind and always looked after myself. The job itself was amazing it actually looks better than new! All original new parts used. Top quality job! Feel like it just came out of the showroom. Good quality repair and paint after my car being vandalised. Was kept up to date with the progress of the work which took less time than initially advised. Courtesy car supplied. Car returned clean inside & out. Don't know about the cost as it was done through the insurance. Would recommend the quality of the finish to anybody needing bodywork done. All in all a happy customer.

To be honest I am a sort of person who is very hard to impress and I would love my car to be perfect inch by inch. When I had an accident of my Skoda Citigo (Family Name: Tuk Tuk)I lost hope and thought that it would be a write off and my daughter was very upset. I dint like my car to be written off. I buy them again as me and my family get attached to them. My insurers sent the car for repairs to J&P and kept on looking at the website to find out the quality of work they do concerned whether my car was in good hands or not for repairs.
