Back and neck pain are both a 'musculoskeletal disorder' (MSD). MSD is the main cause of people being off sick for work. Physiotherapy is extremely effective with dealing with these pains. If you see a physiotherapist quickly, it can speed up recovery and also prevent the problem from reoccurring. Many people suffer from back and neck problems at some point in their life.
A headache is one of the most common complaints for pain and for many people it can be a frequent occurrence. Sometimes headaches can last days or even weeks which is not comfortable for anyone. Common causes of a headache include increased tension, eye-strain, dehydration, hyper-mastication, low blood sugar and sinusitis.
