Terrible service. I would not recommend.

We had an awful experience with this company - they did not adhere to the agreed timelines, insisted on taking all the payment upfront and then cancelled the fitting of the blinds the night before they were supposed to come.

Highly unprofessional. Took 100% of money in advance for my 3 x motorised blinds order for my sliding door. On the day of installation after 3 months of placing order they didn’t have the correct items with them. I have been chasing them since then to get my motorised blind for installation but nobody taking it serious as they have got the full money. Never experienced such customer service that is quite close to fraudulent behaviour by trader.

Went to get a quote plus advice on the shutter blinds.. the man at desk was completely unprofessional. Its like he didnt want us to be there. I thought we would buy local but i rather give my money elsewhere.

Highly unprofessional ! Had called and booked for an appointment over a week ago and had confirmed the day prior regarding the appointment. On the day of appointment, no one turned up. called to confirm when will the person arrive, to be informed he will be at the location by noon. Again, no one turns up till 1.30 pm. Called several times, but no one responded. If you can't take orders or manage expectation, please let that know in advance. I had to take half a day off to get this sorted (since this was well planned). So loss of half a days pay is not OK cos of your unprofessionalism !

Don’t purchase from here- I bought blinds and they firstly made me pay all the money upfront without seeing the product. Then when I received the product it was unfinished. When I asked them to sort the ends of the blinds out that just looked like cut wood. They told me it’s the way it is - however, one side had a finish and that was the side facing the outside window. Upon complaining they actually didn’t care as they had the full money. They had already got the deposit and refused to supply the blinds without the rest of the payment. Excellent and very professional service! We had blinds put in all the windows and patio doors.
Got wonderful help and guidance in the store for choosing . They have an excellent choice. Estimate was done very efficiently and fitting was arranged immediately. Fitter came and fitted all the blinds very professionally and quickly. No mess left! Did not even notice him in the house! Quiet and quick! Very happy with the price and overall service. Already recommended Home Deco to our family and friends.

I was referred to Manu and the guys at Home Deco after I commented to a lady outside her house that her Shutters were lovely. She had so much genuine praise for the store that we thought we would check them out . Even though it was some distance to travel I am so pleased with the job that they did and the shutters look fantastic. I would highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic service. We took a long time to choose style and colour. The staff were very patient with us and gave us good advice. Very thorough, professional reasonably priced and a very good finish. The fitters were excellent , quick and tidy. Very courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
