Critical: Responsiveness
Ian will not respond to any phone calls, text messages, or emails. Once he got his money he couldn't care less about his customer. Ian hired a bunch of buffoons to do siding, worst experience I have ever had with a contacting service.

To be let down once is one thing but a second time after profuse apologies is unprofessional, frustrating , time wasting and downright rude. Made even worse that we had travelled an hour to help my daughter get a quote as she was not able to be home on the second date. A phone call or e mail to cancel the appointment is common decency, this did not happen on either occasion. If you have time to waste go ahead and contact this company if not then choose someone who responds promptly and answers their phone !
