The practice was established in 1984 by six chartered accountants to handle the affairs of a small group of international clients ranging from quoted companies to proprietor controlled family businesses. The common feature of these original clients and those which have subsequently engaged Lawfords Consulting is their desire to have an all embracing, efficient service which involves proactive advice and bespoke solutions to their business, tax and accounting problems.
The firm does not specialise in any business sectors although it has built up particular expertise in certain areas such as intellectual property, property dealing and development, retail, professional service businesses and the taxation position of non UK domiciled individuals.
