Equestrian Fibres
Quality, cost-effective synthetic fibres and surfaces for both indoor and outdoor equestrian arenas. Carpets fibres come to us from all walks of life. The carpets we use to make our surfaces are hand-picked and hand-sorted by our team to make sure that no impurities make it on to your arena. The UK produces over 400,000 tonnes of carpet waste each year 66% of which is destined for landfill.

We repurpose the fibres from synthetic carpets-the ones that won't biodegrade-to create a surface that is good for the rider, the horse, and the planet. All our fibres are processed through a 40mm cutter, ensuring they are a finer grade than most on the market. This not only makes the surfacing safer to ride on, but it makes it look better, too.
Services
Here at Equestrian Fibres we produce synthetic fibres for arenas and gallops alike. We are more than a recycling company; we are at the fore front of equestrian surfaces technology.

With over 25 years experience in the science of surfaces, we know the ideal surface will provide the perfect amount of shock absorbent, minimising the concussion during the landing phase, providing support during the loading phase, and the returning of energy back to the horse in preparation for the final push off phase. With this in mind the surface you choose will affect your horses performance.
It is recommended for both indoor and outdoor use and suitable for all equestrian disciplines, but especially good for turnout paddocks, lunge pens and walkways. Ideal for both private and professional riders. Being a recycling equestrian company we are always on the lookout for ways to re-use and recycle and there are times when we can do this with surfaces.
Although you can lay all our fibre products yourself, let us install it for you to get the very best performance out of your arena. We have 25 years' experience installing these fibres so we know how to install them to get the best results. We can get the work done in less than a day so that you're up and running as soon as possible.
A well-constructed arena is crucial for your surface to perform at its best. If your undertaking a self-build project there are some essential parts of the build that you need to take into consideration. If your drainage is not free flowing your arena will hold water puddles and, in the winter, this could cause your surface to freeze.
