I just bought a slate hearth from Eazyclad, superb quality, looks fantastic, a very efficient process, Andy could not have been more helpful, highly recommended.

Recently bought cut to order slate coping from Eaziclad. Really excellent customer service from Andy. Prompt quotations the very next day, a courtesy call to confirm the order, take payment and give me a delivery date. To my surprise this was within two weeks which In my experience for a bespoke order is exceptional. All was delivered exactly on the day promised and the quality is superb. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.

Great place for stone, slate cut to order etc. Also sell random items in a Aladdin's cave well worth a look around.

Like a number of other prospective customers I had the same highly unprofessional experience with Andy. I spent time detailing exactly what I required sketches etc and got a price for the materials from him. However, I then called about 6 times to progress my order. Each time I called he had no knowledge of me or my order. He would take my details and promise to call back-but never did. I appreciate everyone is under stress at this current time, but all a customer wants is an honest straight answer. Reading other reviews you won't get this from Andy as he was treating customers like this way before

I made initial contact and got responses very quickly, but when it came to placing an order, after numerous phone calls and emails I had no response, not even an acknowledgement that they were dealing with my quote to order.
Poor service, even if you are busy COMMUNICATION is key with any customer based service.

As with other recent reviewers, I initially had a quick response to a request for a quote on 3 internal window boards. I then asked for a sample, was assured this would be sent, but it never arrived. After several attempts to make contactI have now given up and will go elsewhere. Based on my experience I certainly would not place an order and pay them money up front.

I have no words for this company what a joke, I emailed them many times and called them, I had paid for a sample that never turned up, when I called them they kept on saying it's been sent. When I do talk to them on the phone they seem very polite and professional but clearly something is a miss. Shame as they have a good business by the looks of it.

Ordered four slate slabs to make a counter top. Arrived exactly on the day they said they would, in perfect condition and was really happy with the price, quality and finish. Would definitely recommend.

Total waste of time and think I've had a lucky escape based on the other reviews. Andy had the details of my order, all he had to do was put it through. I phoned loads of times to get the order finalised only to get told that he'll call me back. Never got a call back even though he knew I needed the slate by the end of the week. As it happens it was a blessing in disguise as I've had a seamless experience in ordering my slate from Ardosia slate Co Ltd, who have guaranteed my delivery for Friday.

Wouldnt buy from these, Andy the bloke who runs the show is a complete and utter bullshitter, Told me 2 weeks for delivery, after 3 weeks and constant phone calls back and forth I never received any brick slips. Would avoid his company at all costs!
