Services
We have a team of experienced tailors and seamstresses on hand. There is nothing these incredibly talented people cannot do. Their skills range from shortening your favourite jeans, whilst retaining the original finish, shortening jacket sleeves from the shoulders, so as not to spoil the original cuff finish, and updating the style of a once loved party dress.
Since launching our Sheepskin boots cleaning and Leather bag restoration service in 2009 it has gone from strength to strength. It is now one of the most popular services we offer. This is mainly due to the great results we are able to achieve. Our techniques are exclusive to Efendi and are not offered by anyone else.
A purpose designed curtain and upholstery program has been installed on our dry cleaning machine to enable all types of soft furnishings to be cleaned. It eliminates all risk of shrinkage and unnecessary wear. After cleaning most curtains can relax to their pre-loomed state, which is perceived as shrinkage.
The key to successful clothes care starts at home. All garments, especially natural fabrics, like silks and linen should be cleaned soon after wear and stored with acid free tissue to avoid colour-loss and general damage due to poor storage. We pride ourselves on our ability to remove most stains that have not been tampered with.
We offer a comprehensive 'wet-wash' service. All laundry is sorted and cleaned according to its colour and fabric, in fresh sterile machines, using non-biological detergents and softeners. Every garment is individually steam pressed and packed or hanged appropriately. This ensures that your laundry reaches you crisp and fresh.

This is a very honest and thorough review . As I was a former client for a few years . The reason why I was using them was for location wise and nothing else . There was quite a few events when the have misplaced my items but managed after a few days to get hold of it. So they are not organized at all. They also overdid it with their stain remove in one of coats , and I noticed a white blotched against an expensive dark green wool coat that I recently took out of my wardrobe to wear . I also have to say that there were times when I was there and I would hear people complaining and are worried

Went there as I work close by to fix a zipper on a pair of pants. They told me - up to 5 days. We will call you when it's ready. 1 week later - nothing. Went there and was told, it's not up to 5 days as - call you when it's ready - doesn't mean it may be ready sooner, it means it may be ready later. How much later? Nobody knows. I asked why was I given an up to 5 days time frame then, to which I got the same reply - we said we would call you. Then I was told, they would have it ready in a day or two and call me when it is. No calls again, called again, this is 2 weeks after

I'm appalled by the service and lack of delivery from this company. I put in a bag for minor overnight mending. They gave multiple promises to phone me over nearly a month, none of which they honored. Each of the three times I went in, they kept me waiting while phoning around their menders trying to locate the bag. It's not once been positively located. I went in for the third time today asking for my bag back, mended or not. Guess what, it's going to take them a working week to find out whether they've lost it or not after which they've promised (yet again) to phone me
