As experienced house movers we set out from the very first point of contact to alleviate as much of the stress involved in packing up and moving home as possible. Our professional yet relaxed ethos will ensure with our House Removals Service nothing is overlooked or too much trouble. Your furniture and possessions will not only be fully insured whilst in our very experienced and capable hands but will also be treated as if they were our very own.
Helping might simply be to work out how many boxes you will need, supply you with boxes for moving, refer you to our 'moving home checklist' and away you go! Alternatively you may opt for Milestones to 'Send in the Troops' and we can pack the lot for you.
We would normally arrange for a minimum of 2 porters to attend at least 24 hours before your move to safely wrap, pack and label all of your smaller items and to dismantle any furniture etc ready for transportation on Moving Day.The modern living and working environment is such that being able to offer the option of safe and secure storage has become a key element in a removal companies armoury.

Punctual and very friendly. Couldn't do enough for us to make the move run smoothly. Very careful with everything that had to be moved and it was all done professionally and quick. If you decide to undertake the packing up of all of your own possessions, then try and make a start as early as possible before moving day, two weeks before is a good start date for the less used items. Maybe start in the shed or garage this area always takes longer to organise than anticipated.
Again as you move through the house try to be as methodical as possible, using the same box to pack items from the same room, try to evenly distribute the weight between the boxes and label their destination clearly, this will aid your moving company no end and personally save you a great deal of time and frustration when you reach your new home.

Due to bereavement needed to empty my mum's flat to storage as my brother is self isolating in south wales. only rang george the day before under recomendation. returned my call very promptly and arranged to do removal of goods to red door storage in st Anne's arrived before due time very very helpful would highly recommend there services

I used Milestones removals, and what amazingly professional guys George and Arron are. The service you get from Milestone is exemplary. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. All my worldly belongings were looked after and loaded on to the van with as much care as if I was doing it myself. We arrived to move in the new property and the old owners were still packing their van George and Arron even offered to help with their removals which I though was well above the call of duty. As the unloading started I went to help and was promptly told by Arron to relax and let them do the work. He told me

I cant thank these 2 guys enough nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived in good time and packed up every thing and worked non stop. It was a long day by the time i got my keys for new house and then they unpacked it was 7pm when they left. I would highly recomend them to any one. Great guys thankyou x

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Arrived on time, were very helpful and pleasant and made what is usually a stressful job smooth and painless. They made everything look easy, are very professional and treat your possessions as if they were their own.
