By preparing drawings including 3D models, it enables us to rule out any potential issues that may occur during the project. We have a large fabrication shop with multiple process welding plants, gas and laser cutting facilities, automatic band saw. We have multiple mig plants, tig & arc plants in our fabrication shop as well as inverter sets, mobile generator plants for on-site welding.
Using SolidWorks 2020 software, we aim to work with you to produce drawings that will show you a 3D model of the finished product, before progressing to manufacture. By preparing drawings including 3D models, it enables us to rule out any potential issues that may occur during the project. SolidWorks delivers us robust 3D design capabilities and performance.
Our skilled fabricators have many qualifications including NVQ's and City & Guilds. We are committed to training and developing our engineers to ensure we meet or exceed our customer's expectations for a quality end product. We have a large fabrication shop with multiple process welding plants, gas and laser cutting facilities, automatic band saw and a 100 ton iron worker for cropping and punching.
Our experienced welders hold NVQ's and City & Guilds qualifications and hold coding's in stainless and mild steel in both fillet and butt weld positions. We are happy to carry out welding procedures to customer requirements and all of our products have full traceability for peace of mind. We have multiple mig plants, tig plants and arc plants in our fabrication shop as well as inverter sets and mobile generator plants for on-site welding.
We have dedicated on-site installation teams with many years of experience. We provide a comprehensive safe system of work for site including method statements, risk assessments and toolbox talks all approved by our in house IOSH (Institute of Safety & Health) qualified team member. We are also members of the British Safety Council.
