We are a Charitable Care Farm based near Worcester providing support for disabled adults, for many years we held our insurance policies with a well know agricultural insurer.
We always felt that the premium was somewhat higher than it needed to be but thought that they would understand our market and the specialized work we do, we discovered this wasn't the case. My letting agent used this company for their referencing, and I found the referencing process really smooth and quick. Our referencing was handled by Sarah, and she was always quick to respond to emails and phonecalls. Overall really professional service. Also got my tenants insurance through them, really handy to only deal with one company for everything when moving.

I've worked with HM Referencing for few years now and would 100% recommend it to any lettings agent. I mainly deal with Sarah Jones but all of the staff members are equally professional, friendly and very good at what they do. I hardly have to pick up a phone and chase anything but if I do it is easy enough and always dealt with promptly. I also have dealings with HM Insurance and again I love the professional yet friendly and tailored service they provide. Keep up good work people!
