These guys are on the ball.
The efficiency and professionalism with which they work is extremely high.
With Proper Local, I really felt like they were working with me, on my side, doing their best to help me rent out my property during a difficult time (covid-19).
They are probably the best value for money agent on the market, given that you get the benefit of their vast experience, insight and expertise, all for a reasonable fee.
I have already recommended them to friends and family. I will be using them again if I need new tenants.

My experience with Proper Local has continuously been a positive one.
From the get-go, it has been personable, professional and extremely genuine (which is hard to find these days!).
Christian (the owner) knows the area very well and is honest and attentive throughout the whole process.
Great at communicating, never fails to respond or act on requests, even when the "deal" is done!
I've dealt with many estate / letting agents in the past and Proper Local is by far the most reliable, conscientious and straightforward.

Proper Local, run on the talent and genuine care of it's owner Christian, is a forward thinking estate agent that places it's landlords and applicants at the very centre of everything they do. I have worked for a year with Christian and Proper Local, and am always excited to jump on the phone to hear about his activities and how he is looking to ensure that the lettings industry is easily accessible and fair for all involved. He can even crack a good joke every now and then too!
