This so called "Business" is appalling!! They are supposed to cover repairs for Domestic & General. I reported a repair for my Samsung TV on 10th Dec, and called SS&V and spoke with a lady who explained she could see the booking reference, and that she would call back to arrange an appointment to visit. I followed it up on the 17th Dec as they hadn't called to schedule an appointment. On that call they informed me they would come out on the 22nd Dec. 2 men arrived in a van which we initially thought were the scrap metal collectors, they came in, looked at the TV and said that they'd have to take

Insurance recommend these and after not being able to fix the tv they refused to release it back to me. Even though i had every right to get it back. I was told i needed my insurance company to request them to release it and was 3 days later after getting my insurance to request they returned it, i was informed they had already disposed it, they knew i wanted it back as id rag multiple times, will not use again

Was recommended by LG. Booked an apptmt to have a crack on my TV screen checked (to determine if it could have been caused by an impact). Was told they'd need to take it in to open up and check. Took it at the end of Oct and did not bother to call me back at all for nearly 4 weeks. Yes, I understand this was during the 2nd lockdown but this was a bit too long. When I called up I was told they had checked it and they couldn't find anything that could have caused the crack and it had to have been an impact (which had not happened I had told them at the outset). Needn't have paid them 60 for this

They Phoned to cancel my first appointment on a Friday didn't mind they rearranged it for the Monday. I've taken the day of work only to get a phone call telling me they can't pick my TV up and they don't know when they will be able to do so. No clarity from them or customer service just don't care absolute terrible experience.
