Myers
In 1901, my Great Grandfather Charles Myers baked his very first batch of Lincolnshire plum loaves. Since that day four generations of the Myers family have continued the tradition with the same recipe. This moist and fruity loaf with a unique taste all of its own has become popular with people all over the country.

We are traditional family orientated bakers and confectioners that meet the demands of our 21st Century customers. Please note, we are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays and these hours will vary over holiday periods.
Services
Made to a traditional family recipe and using only the finest quality ingredients, our Lincolnshire tea loaf is a little bit more sweeter than our plum loaf and has more of a cake like consistency. Ideal served simply sliced and buttered with a cup of tea, this product makes the perfect treat anytime of the day or why not serve it as part of an afternoon tea?
We are a family run business who have been based in the small market town of Horncastle for nearly 50 years and have been baking in the county for well over a 100 years. We are a small team of passionate individuals who love to craft new and exciting recipes in our bakery. Each and every day we work hard to produce some of the finest baked goods in Lincolnshire.
Our deli hampers make the perfect hassle-free gift for all ages and any occasion, including birthdays, new home, new baby, anniversaries, to say thank you or simply to let someone know that you are thinking of them, especially during these difficult times. Choose from an array of tasty treats including biscuits and chutneys to jams and chocolates.
Thank you for visiting our online shop. Here you're able to purchase our famous Lincolnshire plum loaf and tea loaf, along with a selection of other fine quality Lincolnshire products from our deli, including chutneys, preserves and cheeses. If you would like to create your very own hamper, simply choose the hamper tray / gift wrap service and then add the products you would like to fill the hamper to your cart.
Situated immediately next door to our bakery, you'll find our cafe tearoom. Established in 2001, we place a strong emphasis on fresh, home-cooked food, using only the finest quality ingredients. It is popular with both locals and tourists alike. Serving breakfast, lunches, afternoon teas and freshly ground coffee, it is the perfect place to relax and meet up with friends and family.

Very appalled by the baby sitting facility’s in this establishment and as for the food the sausages were toddler size the beans made me break wind and the mushrooms..... well let’s just say I didn’t have much room for them, some of the staff resemble miserable umpalumpas and are clearly depressed, other than this it was a wonderfull visit to this family bakery 😁xo
