Following a wrist fracture, Martin and his team examined me thoroughly and provided an in-depth, personalised work out regimen that aided my recovery. During the sessions Martin took the time to massage and manipulate the effected joint and made sure I was making progress. I believe his expertise shortened my recovery time dramatically and mean I’m now back to 100 percent function.

I stayed here for a few days as a student to gain some overshadowing experience in the private setting. Martin was very welcoming and always eager to answer my burning questions. He was also really thorough with the patients and had a great patient-practitioner rapport. If you go to Mac physio you can be sure that you will be given a thorough and skilled assessment and treatment plan provided and also be in the hands of a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist who does not cut corners!

I had constant pain in my leg as a result of a number of disc problems. This had gone on for about 18 months. I had tried another physio, a chiropractor and acupuncture. But I was still in pain. I had been told about Mac Physio buy my niece, so I booked in with Martin. He was fantastic! He took a full history gave good advice and fantastic physio treatment. He is always available for advice and we have had "zoom" contact over lockdown. I have now been able to stop all my drugs; which was my aim, and I feel so much better. If you need a physio go and see Martin or Annie as they will help you.

To ensure that I was in tip top condition, both mentally and physical, for the latest of my extreme challenges 1664 Yomp, (106 miles none stop over 36 hours for the Royal Marines charity) visited a week before to have sports massage. As they say the taste in the eating and this was the case as only 13 of us managed to complete the challenge. Must say it did the job ;0)
