Mark is a really great guy, a fantastic guitar player and a patient teacher.
I needed some structure to my playing to help me improve and that is what Mark does very well.
There is some theory (which is surprisingly interesting) and we work on songs, chosen to develop areas of my playing.
I enjoy my lessons and 110% recommend Mark for any level of player.
Take the step – It has opened up so much more to music enjoyment

As a complete novice on Guitar I was looking for someone who would have the patience and empathy to help me on my guitar journey. After searching for local teachers I stumbled on Mark , what a find.
Being of senior age I have nothing but praise for Mark and would highly recommend him,10/10 just doesn’t seem to fully cover my admiration of his skill in playing and tuition.

Mark is an extremely knowledgeable and infinitely patient teacher. His teaching style is fun and very flexible depending on which aspects of learning interest you, whether it is musical theory or simply the pleasure of playing or combination of both. You really get the feeling that your lessons are tailor made for you. I am thoroughly enjoying learning to play with mark. Highly recommend.

Mark is a very experienced and talented musician and most importantly for me, a great guitar teacher!

I've been doing guitar lessons with Mark for a couple of months and recommend him for players of any level. All the practice pieces and exercises we've done have been exactly right for my modest ability and have definitely helped me improve and rediscover motivation. And he's a nice guy as well :-)

Being a very late learner of the guitar, I have valued the teaching skills of Mark. Mark has shown me patience and encouragement from the onset and has provided me with the motivation I needed to learn and to persevere with something I thought I could never do.
