Eternal Energy Systems
Eternal Energy Systems Ltd is based in Whitstable, Kent and was formed in 2006 to design and install renewable technologies across the South East. We specialize in solar thermal, photovoltaic and design bespoke systems for each location, from domestic to commercial projects. Renewable technologies are our core business - we aren't an electrical or plumbing firm doing occasional installations or a new business set up to exploit the tariff.

We believe distributed energy generation is an important part of a sustainable future and a vital step towards reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. Our installers are trained to meet the highest industry standards and are fully accredited through the Micro-generation Certification Scheme (MCS) and are members of the RECC consumer code.
Services
Solar electric systems, also known as PV or photo-voltaics, use crystalline silicon cells to produce electricity from sunlight. The tariff payment of around 5.5p for every Kilowatt hour (kWh) (or unit) of electricity your system exports to the grid, however this will vary depending on the supplier.
We install both types of solar thermal system - evacuated tubes and flat plate. Evacuated tubes are more efficient, requiring less roof space to capture the same amount of heat. Flat plate systems are more common in new-build (where they can be intergrated with the roof) or commercial installations.
Alternatively contact Eternal Energy Systems by telephone to make your survey appointment. Quotes and surveys are made at no cost and are obligation free. As part of the survey we can also offer practical advice on how to reduce energy consumption to lower your bills and save you money.

A survey will usually take around 1 hour and includes a detailed analysis of your roof structure, plumbing and electrical systems, shading issues and possible cable and/or pipe run locations.
The tariff guarantees payment for every Kilowatt hour (kWh) or unit of energy your system feeds into the grid. Energy you use directly from the system saves you buying energy from your utility company resulting in greater savings. The SEG is a contract between you and an energy provider and will continue to be paid for as long as you stay in the contract with them.
Installation of your system is usually quick and requires minimal disruption to your routine. Your system will usually be installed over 2 days. The solar panel and special twin-coil water cylinder are installed on day 1, followed by the internal plumbing, wiring, testing and commissioning on day 2. The solar twin-coil cylinder will be the same size or slightly larger in dimensions and capacity as your conventional hot water tank.
