My love of upholstery started at a young age when I used to walk home from school and pop into my father's upholstery workshop to make buttons out of all the wonderful fabrics he worked with. I have been lucky enough to learn this challenging but rewarding trade under his guidance and with over 60 years of experience he has been a fantastic teacher!

We were warmly welcomed and shown a wide range of fabrics that fitted our requirements. We were given time to chose the fabric we decided on and loved the fact the person helping and guiding us was the person doing all of the work involved.

Katie provided an excellent service from start to finish. I needed her to recover my medical treatment couch. She sourced good quality vinyl and came to the practice at a time which suited me. She responded to emails quickly and was generally a great person to do business with.

Katie has transformed my two antique reclining chairs and footstool. We can now sit comfortably in them without feeling springs sticking through the base and we are delighted that we finally have two useable… chairs in our sitting room. Katie made the project affordable and returned them to us within a few days for each chair. Would highly recommend.
