Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a soft play. After playing with my children for over an hour, I was approached by staff and accused of being a random stranger who had made his way into the centre without any children. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was gobsmacked. The resulting confrontation made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable and we had to leave with everyone watching us. In hindsight, I’m concerned that the staff think this situation is possibly - they clearly have little faith in their own security protocols. My children were very upset when we

Excellent soft play! We brought our almost 5yo here when visiting the area for a long weekend. He had an amazing time and is the first time he’s gone off on his own for almost 2 hours playing! It was absolute bliss! It’s a massive play frame with loads to keep them occupied.
We didn’t eat here this time (will definitely be back though for lunch!) but the hot drinks were great and there’s an extensive cake selection!
The staff were very attentive and friendly and the place was spotless with frequent cleaning seen of tables between guests.
Highly recommend!

My daughter enjoyed it very much BUT they need to sort out some health & safety to make it perfect. The kitchen area is open so children can enter the kitchen freely (could do with fencing) and the EXIT door can easily be pushed open so children can escape the building (would be better with a magnetic locking system). A child ran out the door during my visit but luckily stopped by people leaving.
