The service we received from MWJ was excellent. They helped with choosing the type of trophy / awards, suggesting alternatives to our original ideas without being pushy. We talked through the inscription on each award and received written confirmation. We had regular contact both by 'e' mail and telephone and received notification that the awards were ready for collection on the day we had agreed. All boxed up and ready for collection could not have been better.
Good selection of trophies and awards, friendly staff and a great product will certainly be using MWJ in the future.

The trophy I ordered is beautiful. I had a special requirement 're rosettes and that was attended to efficiently. MWJ called me the day after placing my order as the wording on the rosettes was different to my previous order.. and they wanted to be sure it was right. Only negative was.. didn't receive email or call to say order was ready.. but minor inconvenience for quality of service generally, and of product.
