James' approach to finding and fixing faults with domestic appliances is refreshing and extremely effective. In our case the initial visit fee covered everything including the second visit to finally resolve the matter. Rather than just guess at the solution and ask us to purchase parts that were not required James went away and having chatted with a colleague together confirmed the diagnosis - incorrect installation. Once that was taken care of the issue itself was resolved. We could not be more pleased. The machine works better than ever!

Could not fault JWP! I work for an estate agents and we use JWP as one of our local contractors and they are one of the best ones we have hands down! Very professional and very reasonable in price and he is just a lovely person to deal with throughout. Especially during COVID-19 they are very careful and always do what is needed to be done in order to follow the guidelines. If I could give more stars I would!

James offers a brilliant service. I ditched my British Gas appliance cover because they took so long to come and then again when they had to come back with a part. James offered me an appointment the next day and then came back with a new part to complete the job the following week as soon as it came in. He is knowledgeable, professional and really understands customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending him and feel like I was charged a fair price for the work.
