Very helpful with advice before purchase. We ordered Pro Play Shockpad and grass along with a few sundries. These arrived within 48 hours and were delivered by a very friendly man with his van. Little bit of a mixed review here.
Originally I ordered the ‘limited edition 6’ as it said it was in stock on the site. I left it 7 days as per site and booked workmen in to lay the grass.
I emailed off on the 6th day to ask when the grass would be arriving as it was too be fitted the day after. Prompt response from Rachel, however to be told they don’t have the limited edition in stock and wouldn’t be here until next week. No good when you have people booked in for the job and Tuda are not up front with you when the stock is actually indeed out of stock from the start.

We obtained the product at 50% of the cost as sold locally. It arrived within 36 hours and my husband laid and fixed it over a blocked paved area within one hour. Looks superb and has given us a maintenance free oasis of green in our back garden. Can't praise the service and product enough. Would certainly recommend this company.
