We have a great cross section of disciplines within our team acquired by both our working experiences and our own personal preferences of our hobbies. Incidentally, you may be interested to learn that collectively our team at Caistor Equestrian Centre has some 125 years worth of working within the equestrian industry!
Caistor Equestrian Centre is a friendly, family owned riding school and livery yard situated in the middle of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Instructor to join our valued, professional team on a part-time basis. Candidates must be capable of teaching both adults and children of all standards/abilities.
This whole site has been purpose built and designed to ensure the best of experiences for all that visit Caistor Equestrian Centre. The indoor and outdoor arenas are inter-connecting through a large archway and around both arenas there are extensive viewing areas.
A raised bank area provides great views over the outdoor arena: for the indoor arena there are three options - a traditional tiered arena seating, a separate (heated) glass viewing gallery, or an additional gallery within The Forge Caf itself where you can spectate whilst enjoying a nice home-made meal.

The sand and rubber surface provides great flexibility of use from lessons to competitions. The indoor arena boasts no less than three separate viewing areas two of which are heated, providing our non-riding guests with that additional bit of comfort and entertainment.
With direct access to the outdoor school, a raised judging box and a dedicated sound system, our indoor school is ideally suited for competitions and equally it provides a first class safe and quiet environment for all our clients' needs. The internal access from all our stables into the indoor arena eliminates the need to be exposed to the external elements.

Our floodlit outdoor arena is a massive 70 metres x 45 metres in size and has the flexibility to be divided into three 20 metre x 40 metre dressage arenas. It is inter-connected with the stables and lies adjacent to the indoor arena, ensuring the smooth running of our frequent show jumping and dressage competitions.

Georgia has managed to teach me more in two lessons than many other schools have done in weeks and weeks, shes just brilliant. the horses are well trained and well cared for. out of our local equestarian centres this one is in a league of it's own. I cant thankyou enough Georgia you've helped me and my foster child achieve and succeed and we are both loving it. I'm starting to feel like a real rider not a wannabe

Friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and encouraging instructors, both equine and human. I have spent many pleasurable hours schooling in the spacious indoor and outdoor schools, followed by a relaxing stretch around the peaceful paddocks. Prior to Covid 19 the centre ran regular competitions. With encouragement and support from CEC staff and their wonderful volunteers, I became a competitor once more. Something I had believed would never happen again. Thank you CEC
