A beautiful traditional new home in the village of Lower Peover and Green Belt. We worked closely with ours clients from the early stages to ensure their aspirations for an effortless looking traditional design was achieved, marrying hand made brick and green oak on the outside with tastefully presented spaces to live inside.
A replacement of an existing and tired Victorian Farmhouse, this new dwelling takes it's cues from the heritage of its predecessor and marrying it with modern 21st Century living. The key criteria for our client was to retain the design appearance of the historic frontage, orientate the primary accommodation to face the rolling Cheshire plains and to create a traditional but modern new farmhouse that is adaptable for future living arrangements.
A traditional farmhouse for a 21st Century farm. This project was commissioned to provide an additional farm dwelling on a large Free Range Egg Farm in Brereton. The design provides a traditional brick and local sandstone frontage with a handmade clay tiled roof. A distinctive oak framed and glazed gable to the rear elevation offers a contrasting contemporary design element that captures the views over the rolling Cheshire plains.
