We believe you won't find a better quality of service and workmanship anywhere between the Scottish Borders and North Yorkshire - or indeed nationwide. All three sites were amongst the first in the country to be awarded the PAS 125 British Standards Kitemark, the industry's new quality standard. It proves we have the correct equipment and relevant skills to repair any model of car.
The repair work carried out on the vehicle is guaranteed against faulty material and/or defective workmanship under the same terms and conditions given by the manufacturer. This warranty is not transferable, it is only valid during ownership of the vehicle and is not transferrable to new owners if the vehicle is sold.
In the event of your car suffering accidental damage, the first thing you need is assistance to be on the scene without delay. My vehicle was recently sent to the Darlington branch via my insurance company after being involved in an accident. The repair work was very poor and my vehicle was returned to me with more damage than what it originally went in with. My vehicle also had overspray on it suggesting it had been painted whilst the bumper was still on my vehicle which is shocking of any paint shop. The manager was also very unhelpful and claimed that this damage wasn't caused by them despite it not being in the collection damage report and it was collected on a dry, sunny day. The customer service is non existent.

As part of an insurance claim I had no choice where my car was going. If I did, I'd have done some research and seen that this garage has got some extremely bad reviews. Firstly, apart from waiting nearly two months and being told "Oh it'll be completed next week" three weeks in a row and four weeks after the initial completion date you can expect one would be annoyed. After finally getting the car back I thought that would be that. No. I'm still getting malfunction warning lights flashing up. Their "Quality Control" team have clearly not done any quality controlling and have now left me in a predicament

Terrible service from NCL branch. Car was rejected 3 x and had to get 2 inspectors out to confirm the poor work. Took 2 months to get the work completed. Would rather let a child repair my car! Owner saidctge repair wasnt perfect as the rest of the car wasnt perfect.... so do a rubbish job. Wow. Absolute jokes

Wouldn't even give them a star! Had my car for a month to repair the bumper! They lied from the start and kept lieing to us after the car was repaired saying the parts where genuine and they weren't.( as clarified by four other garages). They Fobbed us off with any old tail. Their customer service was terrible and the curiosity car was an automatic when they told us they were bringing a manual. Wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone.

I have used this garage for many years, and it's the only place I would trust.
I own many fleet vans and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my vehicles. They are always really friendly and the attention to detail is amazing. There is always a really a quick turnaround and the work is second to none!
Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service, just got my car back today 2 days earlier than expected. Communication and updates throughout the process and the repair they have done is absolutely perfect! Collected my car and delivered a loan car the first day they opened after my accident and they delivered my car back to me at my place of work. Excellent service would 100% recommend and use again should I need to. Thank you Very Much! Hope

Right to start off my mother said she would use this garage as she has used it once before and received a really good service, however this time my mother use them and I cannot stress how appalling the service has been. Attitude of the staff is deplorable.
Very unhelpful lack of communication and misinformation given.
To start the work was meant to be completed and the car returned after two and a half weeks, the 18th of June.
If this had been done my mother would not have had to buy a new tyre on the 19th as it had popped! when she phoned the

I never write reviews but received such great service from North East Accident Repair Ctr that I feel they deserve one. Im a very fastidious guy who loves every aspect of motoring especially my car looking good, so when I was involved in an accident I couldn't imagine my car being the same again. so anyway this company was recommended to me by a friend and right from walking in the door I got the feeling of how proffesional this company was. You could tell immediately from the reception area that you were dealing with a proper A1 company. it was clean everything looked in order. Staff were so friendly
