Services
With a genuine interest in motor engineering and in particular, small engines, I obtained City and Guilds recognition at Stroud Technical College as an 18-year-old, and worked in the garden machinery industry for the first few years of my working life. This developed into a desire to move onto cars and larger engines.

I took my battery hedge trimmer in for attention, after my own sharpening efforts didn't get the machine to cut. Advised that machine probably couldn't be much improved and not worth checking in for repair. Courteous attention and I was given time to decide, and was even recommended to look at a machine currently on offer in Aldi.
Excellent attention all round!

I had been having issues finding anyone locally to repair my ryobi petrol hedge trimmer. All people seemed to do was try and sell me a new machine rather than a repair (which was simple to someone who knows what they're doing).
I called KP from a google search. From the initial call I immediately had more confidence that it'd be fixed compared to the numerous trips into flashy showrooms.
Kev asked me to drop the machine into his workshop and said it'd be ready the following day.....guess what.....it was!
Kev called me a couple of times over the 24 hours he had the machine to keep me informed
