The creation of Director, Andy Graham, we have over 35years of high end building experience and project management. During his time working in London, Andy was well aware of the demand for and shortage of, high quality construction experts to work on marquee projects.
In 2002 he chose to return to Leamington Spa to realise his vision and launch XLNT2. Working nationally but focused in the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire area, XLNT2's projects include new build, basement conversions, listed building renovations, extensions and fitting out. We encompass all building disciplines and trades, embracing all areas of building, shop & restaurant fitting, joinery and metal fabrication.
