From small bags of individual parts to complex kits that assist assembly, considerable cost advantages are gained. Assisting at the design stage through to Value added and Value Engineering (VA/VE) to maximise the benefits and keeping costs to a minimum. Simple sub assembly prior to delivering to line provides a direct cost while reducing TAKT times.

Services
With our origins back in the early 1970s, Fastener Network has evolved from seven separate UK fastener companies, including both manufacturing and distribution. We now have two separate distribution locations, one in Christchurch and our Head Office in Dudley where our full manufacturing facility is also based.
A feature of our business for many years has been the range of kits we supply. Managing the composite parts is crucial, especially when some kits have over 30 different items! We fully understand that our customers want an effective way of handling and controlling 'C' class components without adding additional stock, cost and labour time, which is why we are committed to offering a fully bespoke kitting service.
With a name like ours, it is obvious where our roots lie and our customers rely on our expertise in these products to get the products they need. We provide the knowledge of which parts are available as standard to gain the optimum value and meet the operating requirements for the job in hand.
It's impossible to list all of the techincal information of our standard range, but we've included the basic dimensional information for the standard DIN specifications that we hold for your reference. Our primary product range has always been fasteners, both standard and special and effectively any threaded component.

With over 97,400 parts currently on our stock profile, it's impossible to provide a full picture of the products we keep. As customers ask us to take on more non-standard products, we find that over 70% of our stock is bespoke and growing continually. We keep a full range of DIN and ISO standard items and this is supported by our Bulk Stock facility, where we use the economies of scale that our total spend gives us.
Approved by BSI to ISO 9001:2015 we continue to ensure that our Customer's requirements are understood and importantly adhered to. Our systems enable full lot traceability, and that the relevant certification is provided. Our Automotive Customers demand that full PPAP documentation accompany sample batches, including SPC, FMEA, full Parts Submission Warrant that products are registered on the International Material Data System (IMDS).
