Overall experience was good. The only reason not a 5* is because web site needs updating on a regular basis, advertising something in stock when it is not - should say on back order, then you have the option not to continue. Very obliging company and kept in regular contact over the phone, as there was a delay with the goods and offer of a refund was immediate if I choose. Very competitive with their prices, cheaper than Victoria Plumb. Well packed consignment. Think we all need to be realistic when planning a job especially from the covid fall out, it will take time for the world to get going

A good experience overall. The item we wanted was not available and we were contacted almost immediately with the option of a replacement or a refund, I chose a replacement. The goods arrived on time and were of good quality. The only small issue I had was a Paypal box for paying, which the company quickly explained did not take away my Section 25 rights as they were acting in a different capacity to when you pay directly through Paypal.

Ordered taps which website clearly shows are next day delivery which is why I ordered from them. Email confirmed order but states I will be contacted to sort delivery date. I replied confirming that it should be next day but response was my products were not next day delivery. I had to put job on hold and despite asking to cancel order so I could order quickly from a reliable company I received no reply. They close at 5pm so no chance to order from a new supplier without knowing if my orders been cancelled. My first and last order with these. Very disappointing, I suggest you shop elsewhere if
