Services
Cold stores are available in various sizes and applications for produce such as meat, fish, fruit, veg and flowers etc. All temperatures from -25C to +10C are available. We can sometimes source used cold stores so please ring us to discuss your requirements. It is often beneficial to have no floor in the cold store meaning trolleys can be wheeled in and out easily and therefore making the cold store easier for cleaning and washing down.
These are items of refrigeration or catering equipment offered for sale by our customers throughout the UK. We charge between 5 and 10 % of the sellers requested minimum price to place a photo of your item with a small description on this site. You can either handle the sale, delivery and installation or collection yourself or for a further 5-10% we will handle the negotiating and logistics for you.
We can supply a wide range of reliable used commercial storage refrigeration suitable for many applications. Available in a variety of different sizes with motors at the top and bottom they can be fan blown or static refrigeration, automatic and manual defrost, white or stainless steel finishes. Second hand equipment is often a better option as it is rarely on display.
Provides a more efficient working environment as products do not need to be taken out and stored in refrigerators at the end of a service session. Products can be rotated easily making it ideal for sandwich bars, pizza preparation areas and starters in restaurants. Most on castors and often with nylon chopping boards, ideal for preparing salads etc.
Top mounted uprights are best used where high ceilings are present allowing the ventilation of waste heat easily. They are generally easier to maintain and service. If the above criteria is met they will be economical to run and if regularly serviced will last for many years. Suitable for high ambient locations stainless inside and out, fresh meat temperature as standard on all Ice Range upright chillers.
