They do good work (not cheap, but fair) - if you can ever get hold of them. The first time I used them to reinstall a drain that had been bodged by a builder. A struggle to get anyone to come round for a site visit. £700 for a day's work but they took great care when they had to get underneath our patio and the end results were great.
The second time I wanted to use them, I made three requests to arrange a site visit - both by phone and email - and no-one ever got back to me.
So by all means, try to get hold of these guys - you might get lucky - but don't hold your breath.
