Services
We began as traders in used equipment, moved into recycling as clients realised their environmental responsibilities, and now also work as telecommunications engineers. We serve both large PLCs, domestic customers, and everything in between. We're not the largest company in the world, but we have an impressive list of major PLCs as clients thanks to our professional standards of working and long history.
We are truly local, and have a number of loyal "repeat" customers for whom we've solved problems, supplied equipment to, and installed cables. Including some major "High Street" names and major multinationals. Thanks to our national connections, we have access to many engineers who can provide specialist help on all types of equipment.

We're soon to enter our twentieth year of removing legacy PBX of all sizes. We are mainly engineers these days, putting things in, rather than taking them out, and fixing faults. However, we love going "back to our roots" in removing large systems from tight. UPS Battery recycling has been part of our phone system recycling activities since 1999.

Virgin phone not working, check line message on it. Checked line, nothing, outside it looks like a wire has been severed.
Messaged Rob and he gave me not only advice but recommended a trusted engineer in my area called Lee.
Lee will come out & fix the problem for my elderly mum.

Having had lousy service from openreach and servers' farmed out engineer, we have had come and go signal on web and landline. Both in poor health, we need our care line working properly and clear communication with 999 and doctors.Found Rob's site and was fascinated at the practical detail that we oldies could do and help ourselves, which helped us diagnose our own problems. Neither openreach or server willing to rewire, even if paid. I remembered Rob's offer and almost immediately he got back to me with details of a local engineer, whom I have contacted.
