Fantastic, friendly, reliable and great value locksmith. I manage 50 properties around London and have had a couple of very bad experiences with other locksmiths who are rude, aggressive and completely over charge. I had this happen to a tenant recently where the locksmith was charging over £700 for 2 new locks and fixing the bottom of a door. I called Paul out of hours when it happened and he confirmed this was ridiculous and should be more like £200. I stopped the rogue locksmiths at once and brought Paul in to finish the job, knowing it would be done properly and the flat would be safe and

Amazingly service after I made a stupid mistake. Paul arrived incredibly quickly at exactly the agreed time, had my door open within 2 minutes and provided good tips on security. Would definitely use again, if I have make more mistakes or need new locks/doors.
