Our rule is 'No Hard Sell' we aim to provide a relaxed atmosphere without pressure, as we are fully aware your bridal gown is the most important dress you will ever purchase and will be with you forever. Every Bride that comes to us, is treated like an individual with her own personal likes and preferences.
We listen to what you tell us about your dream dress. If a style is not working for you we will suggest others once we have seen you in a few different shape dresses and taken into account your venue and body shape. With over 28 years dressing brides and carrying our own individual designs all our staff have years of experience.

Jane and the team are amazing!!!
When I first went to the shop I had an idea in my mind, I tried some dresses on and didn't like them, Jane picked out a dress which on the hanger I thought was horrible but I tried it on and she was right! It really suited me and fit like a glove! - she really knows her stuff!
I purchased the dress and then had to postpone my wedding due to covid.
They stored my dress for as long as they could free of charge.
When the time came, I had put on alot of weight but Jane made me feel it was ok. The seamstress (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job

My experience at Ring O Roses was brilliant. Being an older bride, I was unsure that I ought to be wearing a wedding dress anyway! However, the staff made to feel special and assured me that age didn't matter. The dress I eventually chose was amazing and I felt absolutely fabulous on my big day. Highly recommended.

What a truly magical experience I had with the help of the two amazing ladies here. I had no idea what I wanted but after discussing my likes and dislikes they helped me find my dream dress that I feel fabulous in. When my sister and I visited Ring O Roses, we were despondent, after unspectacular outcomes in other wedding dress shops. Was a relief. Not only was the decor wonderful, but the owner and staff were natural and sincere. We felt immediately at home and impressed by their extensive knowledge presumptuous attitude. I felt they wanted to insure they met my needs and felt very secure in their company. To cut a long story short, I purchased a fantastic dress and wish them every success in the future, they deserve it.

Really bad experience shopping here for my big day. The two women that work there (Jane and another older woman with blonde hair and glasses) made me feel so uncomfortable from the minute the I entered.
I tried on a dress and they were pushy to buy it. I asked to try on different dresses in my budget but they seemed to get annoyed and adamant the first one I tried was the best.
Communication was really abrupt and disrespectful- when I asked questions they would one word me. Not one smile on their face and not bothered about me finding my dream dress. Very intimidating

I went into Ring O Roses 2 days before my wedding for a 2nd dress. Because of restrictions my reception has been postponed so we're having to move it into our garden and my wedding dress is not compatible with this! I went in on the off chance that they might have a tea length dress or something in the sale rail that might suit. I was welcomed in by a lovely man and then a lady called Pat brought me various dresses that might be appropriate. I asked for something around £150 and she was able to provide me with 4 dresses that were that price or less. She gave me a massive discount on the one that

Unfortunately my partner has visited with family and her experience was similar to this. In this day and age there are people still old fashioned backwards businesses like this. There are too many other places to spend your money in 2021. Try little white dress in Gravesend. They will respect you and your money.

I purchased my dress from here in February 2020 on the off chance. I didn’t have an appointment but I popped in and they said they could fit me in! I had my sister & my daughter with me and we were made to feel very welcome. I wasn’t sure what dress I wanted so we all picked one each including the lady who was helping me into my dresses. None had that wow factor so the owner headed off and returned with a dress that I wasn’t completely sure on but tried it on anyway... it was the one!
