Services
Our Blended Full Paediatric First Aid course combines 6hrs of practical training with 6hrs of at home eLearning. Our web-based, interactive and user-friendly eLearning module is ideally to be completed prior to the practical day. Learners can access the module as many times as required via a computer/laptop/tablet and phone.
This course is ideally suited to lower-risk workplaces where a risk assessment has identified the need for staff to possess appropriate first aid skills and knowledge. Our 6-hour course is presented either at our training centres or for group bookings at your workplace. The course is delivered under the guidance of our specialist First Aid at Work trainers and uses the latest training techniques to maximise learner recall and confidence.
A unique First Aid at Work course using blended learning. This course meets the full HSE requirements and enables staff to complete two practical trainer-led days with an at-home self-study e-learning programme. The 6 hours of e-learning must be completed before the final practical day so all areas of content can be assessed in person by our qualified trainers and assessors.
First Aid at Work Requalification - This Two Day course updates the first aid skills of those needing to renew their First Aid at Work certificate. This course is available either at our training centres or at your place of work on a date of your choosing. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) strongly recommends that you requalify within a month of your certificate expiring.
This Half Day Fire Marshal course covers the role of the designated Fire Marshal/Fire Warden. You will learn about preventing fires, the different types of fire extinguisher and how to use them correctly. Those responsible for overseeing Fire Safety, Designated Fire Marshals, or anyone who needs to know how to use a fire extinguisher.

Would highly recommend. My workplace booked the Full Paediatric First Aid & EFAW and we all found the 7-hour practical really informative. Our trainers explained everything clearly and gave some really good advice based on their own experiences as qualified healthcare workers. Completed my e-learning and just awaiting my certificate now. Tempted to book a place on their Mental Health First Aid.

My daughter attended your first aid course as part of her school first aid training. Out of my own interest as a paediatric nurse I looked at this with her today. I was very impressed with the content. Thank you for covering epiglottitis as part of your training program & although it is rare my own sister died from this so I am pleased you are raising awareness of this potentially fatal condition as part of your training package. Well done.

Brilliant training delivered by Terry who kept us engaged and entertained all day (he should be a comedian). My third time using Tigerlily and will definitely use again. Only slight complaint is that the course was charged at £126 (although I used 15% discount) and majority of others on same course only paid £86 another paid £96, surely the cost should be the same for all taking part???

I attended First Aid course in Portsmouth today and although I was anxious about face to face delivery in a venue with no windows to open, it was very well and professionally delivered, and I felt completely safe throughout. There was no sharing of manikins for mouth to mouth resuscitation and bandaging/recovery position performed on ourselves so 2 meter distancing maintained at all times. I thoroughly recommend this course, hope this reassures! Thanks Suzanne😃
