Unfortunately i have to put one star. I rate this company at zero. I do not usually feel the need to review other companies in a similar trade, but i felt compelled to warn perspective future clients of our abysmal treatment. We hire and sell Forklift Trucks in Essex. We required a Forklift approximately 15 minutes from North Western Material Handling on the 7th March 2019. We accepted all costs (£342.00) and paid upfront on Monday 4th March. Our Job was cancelled on the same day. We called to cancel the Hire for the 7th March. After 10 days of constant calls and emails inquiring about the refund

As I have only been dealing with North Western Materials Handling for a short while I can only rate them based on my personal experience.
I am happy to say that so far I have had a good service from them and they seem very happy to help with any queries. Punctuality is good as well as their professional attitude,. The only bad side is the expense, That being said I have no problems with their work or their service so maybe the expense is not such an issue if you can source materials elsewhere.
