This was my first experience of using Reynolds, having recently moved to the area, and it has been hands down the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in relation to having a car repaired.
Reynolds are specialists in dealing with Tesla’s and it showed as the car was returned to me looking brand new, not only had they repaired the bodywork but it was valeted inside and out making it a real pleasure to get back. The customer service was also exceptional, I had a flat tyre when looking to go and collect my car and Reynolds quickly changed their plans by committing to deliver it to e instead

Had a brilliant experience with Reynolds of Rushock. They were the nominated Tesla Approved Body shop by my insurers and they were great on all counts. I rang them on the day when I dinged my car and was really impressed with their professionalism and personability. No one really wants to have an accident but when it does happen it's re-assuring to deal with a group of people who are courteous, empathetic, responsive and professional. Once Reynolds had the parts from Tesla, they honoured the agreed timescales to the day. And in the process of sorting out the repairs, it appears they also buffed

Had a fault with our Evoque. Doors wouldn’t lock and we hooked up a diagnostic reader. It went bananas. Faults everywhere. Car underivable. Everything as being flagged as failing. We spoke to Reynolds (Gary). He asked me to send him the faults in a message. He collected the car two days later and after replacing two door lock modules, all… faults gone and the car no locking as it should be. Peace and harmony restored. And.... all the worry of a huge bill gone. So reassuring and professional from start to finish. I cannot thank you enough. Gary and Dean, you’re simply the best

Had my Tesla in for a dent and scratch from and stone hitting the bonnet plus new windscreen. Just collected the car and I’m so impressed. The bonnet is like new. Plus all the old stone chips have gone too. So pleased.

Great quality repair to the door of my Volvo from a Professional and friendly team. I can see why they are the local approved Volvo body shop as I honestly cant tell there was ever any damage to my vehicle. A free courtesy car was provided by them while the repair was carried out. First class service and repair. Normally dread the thought of getting my car repaired, having had too many bad experiences with other repairers. I was reassured from the first time I spoke to Paul and Gary, they were helpful, professional and don't cut corners . The whole process was easy, they did exactly what they said they would when they said… they would and I'm really happy with the repair.
