Pinewood Cattery
Pinewood Cattery was established in 2001, being built and run to the Feline Advisory Bureau's (now called International Cat Care) high standards. It is set in three acres of land backing on to a golf course, surrounded by pine trees and rhododendrons. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from M25 junction 11 and 15 minutes from the A3 junctions at Cobham and Ripley.

I have recently taken over running Pinewood after starting to work here in 2008, working my way through Deputy Manager and then Manager for the last 7 years. I'm pleased to say that we have passed our recent environmental health inspection and awarded the highest score of 5 stars! Everyone who works here loves cats and pride ourselves on giving everyone boarding with us the same love and care we give to our own cats.
Services
There are 13 various larger runs/suites, all supplied with multi-level cat trees, the largest suite accommodates up to 5 cats. All runs have their own thermostat-controlled heat lamps for the cats to snuggle up under. There is a shelf on the inside area behind a window, so the cats can be warm while watching the world go by.
Only cats that are up to date with their yearly vaccinations against cat flu and feline enteritis can be boarded. If your vaccinations are overdue please call us for advice. You must leave two weeks before boarding your cat after a vaccination booster. Kittens or cats who have to restart their vaccination programme can be boarded 4 weeks after their second round of vaccinations.
Please ensure you bring your up-to-date certificates with you as we cannot admit your cat into the main cattery building until we see it. See full vaccination requirements. When you arrive we will take you down to your run. Once inside the run we can let your cat out of thier carrier to inspect their new surroundings.
The entrance to our drive is directly on Woodham lane, there is a large tree with 2 reflective bands taped to it on the main road. If you are coming from the direction of Woking/M25 our entrance is just after the only police speed camera sign, or if you are coming from Newhaw/West Byfleet, we are on the right, opposite the turning for Broadwater Close/Paxton Gardens.

Our usually extremely nervous and timid cat absolutely loved her time at Pinewood. We were quite worried as to how she would react having never stayed at a cattery and with her being a house cat but she seems to have had the best time, she didn't even want to leave. Thank you to Sam and the team for taking such amazing care of our cat, she seems to have thoroughly enjoyed herself and we are pleased to have found you guys to know that next time we are away we can book her in with you guys at Pinewood for another Cat Holiday. Thank you once again!

First time using a cattery but staff and facilities were first class. All the other cats there seemed very happy to be there. Will be using them again in the future.

We've been taking our cats to Pinewood Cattery since 2003 and we're still so happy with how they are looked after. The amazingly caring and passionate staff go beyond what's expected. The cattery is kept beautifully and is very peaceful. As a result, we never, ever have to worry about our beloved kitties when we're on holiday. Highly recommended!

Always leave our two cats here when we go on holiday, friendly staff who really seem like they love our cats as much as we do. The cats always seem content when we come pick them up. The runs are a good size and have heat lamps for the colder evenings. Cattery in a really quiet and tranquil setting.

Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat.
The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself.
They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.
