Daniel has been fantastic. I booked in with him as I was having trouble with my calf and needed some advice. He immediately identified the problem and set up a plan for me. Stretching, massage and acupuncture has helped my calf to heal.
Managed my first training session back at football last night and I am pleased to say, it was pain free.
I cannot recommend Daniel enough - he's superb at what he does and is a great person who makes you feel at ease and always explains what he is doing.
Thank you Daniel!!

I visited Daniel with a painful knee issue in April 2021, having had to halt training for my first marathon part way through and feeling pretty hopeless that I’d be able to make it to the race. Within a month of weekly advice and treatment from Daniel I was back to regular training, and with continued regular Physical Therapy sessions I not only completed both the half marathon and full marathon I had in my calendar this year, but have had no injuries since and continue to run pain-free. Daniel’s kind manner, sound advice and good explanations of all given exercises and stretches meant I could

Daniel Leers has treated me for two problems. 1. Acute muscular back pain 2. A frozen shoulder.
He dealt with both problems in a professional manner. His treatments & exercise programmes have been fantastic. In just 2 weeks my back was sorted! My shoulder which though still frozen, has increased range of movement with a subsequent reduction of pain. I would highly recommend utilising this Physiotherapy service.

Daniel is very professional , and very good at understanding the reason behind the injury and how to help it. I was very impressed by the interactive app and paper options of instructions that Daniel uses . It made the exercises manageable. I came with back pain but in only two sessions I am back at work and am knowledgeable about stretches I should do to help me manage stress .

I went to see Daniel with a pins and needles sensation in my leg that was very annoying. Daniel diagnosed tightness in my back probably due to so much time spent sitting during this long time working at home. After some deep massage and exercises advised by Daniel the tingling has stopped. I feel so much better. I can highly recommend Daniel. Thanks Daniel for all your help and great advice.
