Our onsite staff will show you around, handing over the keys and showing you how everything works in the apartment. Our staff will contact you on your day of arrival, to find out what time you would like to check in. Check ins are from 3pm, but whenever possible we will try to be flexible. Our Finzels Reach location also offers 24 hour onsite security for added peace of mind.
At Cleyro we work a little differently. We believe in offering a personal service and we meet all our guests in person as they arrive for Bristol short lets. We are a friendly and helpful team and we love to offer local advice and help where we can. Our corporate clients and repeat customers love the fact that they see familiar faces each time they return as we are a happy and stable company.
We offer supplementary services to make your stay complete. Please talk to our reservation team, or select what you require when making a reservation online. We offer secure underground parking on site in Finzels Reach so you don't have to worry about finding a space. Charged at 15 per night. I had the most excellent experience at the Cleyro Serviced Appartments. The two bedroom flat was clean, very comfortable, very convenient a walking distance to bristol central market's and the view from the flat was breathtaking overlooking at the castel park. Marianna was amazing, extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting bristol

The team at Cleyro were absolutely exceptional! Marianna and Marco both looked after me flawlessly during my 8-week stay at Finzels reach. They were great at communicating and Marianna even got up early one day, cycled in and gave me some spare keys when I stupidly locked myself out. I would 100% recommend their apartments to anyone visiting Bristol.

I had 2 particular issues during my stay:
1) they forgot to deliver the spare key I asked for, meaning my girlfriend was stuck outside until 11pm. They refused to come and let her in unless we paid £75. When I complained the next day they were more interested in explaining that I was partly to blame than taking any responsibility or corrective action.
2) the hot water stopped working properly. Cleyro were informed in the morning, attempted to fix it, but were unsuccessful. This meant cold showers 2 days in a row.
Problems are unavoidable when staying in apartments such as this, but the service

Myself, partner and brother stayed last week in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. Were regular visitors to Bristol and usually stay in the local hotels but not anymore. We'll 100% be staying at the apartments every time we come to Bristol, loved it there, was very warm, clean and had amazing views from the balcony and bedrooms. The bathrooms were stylish and good sized, the whole apartment had everything and more that you needed. Was sad to be leaving! Our host Marco was brilliant, I stupidly left my brand new coat in the apartment and he went the extra mile to send it back to me after we had left

Just stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very plush fixtures and fittings. One bedroom had balcony and flat had views of Castle Park and boat trips going past on the River Avon. 10 minutes walk from Temple Meads Station and similar to Cabot Circus. Whilst area of Finzels Reach is being developed, it was a very quiet building. Fully fitted kitchen, lovely ensuing and separate bathroom for bedroom two, lounge and dining area bit small for 3 adults and with current temperatures would have benefitted from air conditioning. Still remains quietest accommodation we have stayed in and would definitely
