Great service from start to end. We had a full refurbishment of our office and as with anything it is hard to not affect the service you give to your customers. Sarah & Simon were also aware of this and worked round us and kept us up to date on the plan of action. Advice in terms of materials and prep work that needed doing was excellent and we couldn't be happier.

Immediately from the first phone call we received exceptional customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. A visit to our home for measuring was done quickly and the gent arrived with plenty of samples ans advice, he was also friendly and helpful, balancing our requests with practicality.
When it came to fitting we could not have been happier, it was laid to an exceptionally high standard and more than met out expectations. It looks exceptional and when it comes to renovating the remaining floors we will certainly make the floorbarn our first call. Highly recommended.
