Helpful, easy, but busy. Guess Sunday is a washing day. But lady was sooo helpful, couldn't do enough for us. And volunteered to help .... I must have looked lost (but I was)

Wanted an expensive woollen skirt to be dry cleaned and it came back with the stain still present, it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Furthermore, the hangers have sharp metal clasps which made holes in the waistband of my skirt. Seems like a scam as they claim to send the clothing to an external dry cleaner but it wasn't cleaned at all.

No fuss. All info needed is provided on their website. Choice of various sizes of laundry machines. Opted to have them wash and dry for me (on holiday so didn't want to waste valuable holiday time doing laundry)- reliable service. Does seem to get pretty busy, but service was prompt.

Both times I’ve been here I’ve been helped out by the friendly hard-working staff. I feel safe as masks are worn and they only allow a limited amount of customers in the store at a time. Until my husband and I get to move in to our flat, we will be cleaning our laundry here 😊 A regular load of wash including detergent costs £5.70 and dryers are £1 per 15 minutes.
