Services
We try and reply to all customers within the first 2 hours - If the email is received before 6:00pm. Webchat hours are available from 8:00am to 8:00pm. However, even if we're not available via Webchat, you can always leave us a message and we'll get back to you first thing the following day. You can speak to us in person at our Warehouse, if you'd like to discuss your products, our service or anything inbetween.
If your parcel is under 40, your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes (2 Day Delivery service). If your purchase is small, your order will be sent by Royal Mail Standard International with a 3 to 5 Day Delivery Aim. However, this might take longer depending on your location. Please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery.
If you've changed your mind about the product you've purchased, send it back to us and we will issue a full refund. However, you will have to pay postage to have it sent back to our main warehouse. If we aren't currently stock a product you need, feel free to let us know. We're constantly looking to improve our range of products, and we're more than happy to take suggestions.

Ordered a pack of 3 Pukka A5 Project Note Books via Amazon. These supplied by Zentesi. Package arrived as expected but not what I ordered - instead 3 A5 Pukka Jotta notebooks were sent. I paid for notebooks with plastic dividers which the Project Books have - the Jotta is cheaper and has no dividers. Very disappointed - would not use again.
