Started off a positive experience which then turned into a farce - even though Whitchurch Sports had my trophy order by email - clearly stating items I wished to order when it came to collection day 2 days before I need these trophies for a competition I pick up these items to find out some of the items were not the items that I ordered - the "assistant" (laughably called that) was of no care or solutions and the manager couldn't even be bothered to call me back when he could be bothered to be in the premises to discuss the situation.
