TL Productions Ltd have evolved from a small business operating from above a garage in Barnet, North London in 1974 to one of the UK's largest manufacturers and suppliers of bespoke embroidered, woven, metal pin and hand wire badges. Relocated to Cambridgeshire we have increased the product range to include stickers, pennants, promotional banners, mugs, mouse mats, stationery and other promotional products and merchandise.

We offer a full range of customisation on all products that we supply. Our services include Screen Printing, Embroidery, Digital Transfer Printing, CAD Cut Vinyl Printing. Ink is applied directly to the garments through a screen through a more traditional method. Ideal for large quantities with simple designs.

Our most popular type of badge, a quality badge with a look of distinction which is hard wearing and durable. Embroidered up to 9 colourfast thread colours, onto cotton twill or felt giving a 3D effect, with a transparent plastic backing that will help to keep the badge flatter and the thread tighter at no extra cost with an overlocked edge.

We can offer this type of badge from iron, bronze, copper or zinc based metals, in a variety of different finishes. We can advise you of the best finish of your metal pin badge as to what will work best with your design. Ideal for a charity fundraiser, corporate pin badge, school or organisation awards.

As with most printing, the final quality of the print will be determined by the quality of the original image supplied to us, to get the best results ideally we would require your design/artwork emailed to us in jpeg format, full size and at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. We will advise you prior to printing if we feel the quality of your image/artwork is not of a suitable quality.
