We consider ourselves to be a leading supplier of football kits and teamwear in the south east of England. We deal directly with a large number of primary, secondary schools, colleges and universities both locally and nationally, providing a reliable, cost effective solution to their uniform requirements.
Services
When placing an order for a uniform online please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days to have your order complete. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order as quickly as possible but during peak times please allow up to 10 working days.

Once your order is complete you will receive an automated email stating that your order is ready for collection or that your order has been dispatched depending on the shipping/collection method you select at the checkout stage.
First of all, this is not like a savings account you have with your bank or building society. You can either choose to top up your account by visiting our showroom or by paying over the phone with a debit/credit card. Every time you top up you will have a receipt with your new balance on it. We do advise you to keep this but we will keep all the information will be stored on our system.

I've been using superstitch for years a never had a issue, but this time was a unpleasant experience. Covid restrictions are maximum, it felt claustrophobic. Your only allowed to stand in a box, your not allowed entry without a mask, that was fine. But everything else way to much to cope with. Your not allowed to try uniform on that goes over the head. Which made it hard to buy jumpers. But your allowed to have it exchange if it doesn't fit.... so basically you can try it on at home...then bring it back.
For someone like myself, it was a overwhelming experience. All I wanted to do was buy school

So, it's been emotional and stressful but staff are under tremendous pressure in difficult circumstances, we got sorted in the end. Having spoken to management I am shocked, appalled and saddened that staff can't go out in their uniforms because they are being abused and this is taking a heavy toll on people just trying to do their jobs. These are difficult and stressful times but there's no excuse for abusive behaviour to staff. Thanks Superstitch86 for getting things sorted.

So disappointed with the service from superstitch. Ordered my sons school jumpers 3 weeks before school starts and as he's just starting wanted logoed bits. Still waiting and have now been told it won't arrive before he starts and am now going to have to go and get 1 from the supermarket without logo so that he has a jumper, should have just done that to begin with but wanted to support a local business. If you were having trouble getting orders out at this busy time perhaps you should have taken on a few more temporary staff. I also know that friends who ordered after me received there bits last

Your returns policy is hopeless really even amid cover 19. I was there to get a smaller size as the one that I ordered online was too big. Why not just issue a 3pence Sealable polythene bag to put your returns in and give you a replacement there and then ...not wait five days And travel all the way back up there

Took 3 weeks to receive my order and then another week to make a simple exchange, I don't even know how many weeks it took to get a refund on a return. Nobody answers the phone and I still have unanswered emails. If you dare to complain (respectfully) they simply ignore your email, which is utterly unprofessional. I am socked by the appalling service especially since you can't go there and sort things out in person. Also, some of the items were faulty and the sizes either just fit or are way too big. They really need to get their act together and stop blaming covid for all and every incompetence

Really bad customer experience would not recommend to anyone.
They forgot to take the security tags off so going around town setting alarms off in other shops.
They do not have a return policy showing in the shop but will not give refunds on items.
Will never shop here again and will be telling others no to Iver go online and order just like they do but without the 30% they put on top for them self's..
Will also be reporting them to trading standards as law states if you have no returns policy it should be shown in the shop not above head height

Usually order online and they are always very reliable. Visited the shop this time, the week before school started so expected to queue. Staff are very helpful, great product knowledge.
