The breakdown of any family relationship, be it husband and wife; cohabiting partners; or parent and child can bring with it stresses and strains, both emotionally and financially. When you are upset or highly anxious, it can be hard to focus on what matters the most. Scottish caselaw reports show that there have been disputes about all manner of issues going back centuries.
For example, disputes between employer and employee; business partners; the terms of a contract; the level of damages following an accident; where the boundary between two properties lie; you name it, we have probably heard of it and dealt with it, either in or out of Court. As well as handling transfer of title transactions following separation, the firm also deals with the purchase and sale of residential property.

Colledge and Shields Family Law Practice (slab.org.uk)
I can only echo the poor chap (Simon n Garfuncle) down the list who seems to have suffered the same experience at Colledge and Shields as I did. Something tells me it was probably regarding the same type of issues and set of circumstances as mine too. I might not have used the same words as he did - but I certainly know exactly where he is coming from. But they're all smiley and happy on their "Sarah and Duck" website. Sadly, it does not reflect the service they provide because instead of just saying "we made a mistake in how we spoke to you
