Having heard more horror stories about Greenfinches recently, I felt obliged to add my experience. We rented from them a few years ago, but it remains to date my worst rental experience. We suffered a leaking roof, damp walls that were wet to the touch, broken radiators, a kicked in front door (which had been kicked in prior to our arrival and which we could not convince them to replace in the whole time we were there), to name just some of the problems. They were impossible to reach on the phone, and when you did get through were uninterested at best, and unbelievably rude at worst. Their lack

I have them as my estate agents and have had loads of problems renting from them ....the landlord wont spend money out fixing the problems with he's property's....if you try to get hold off the office by phone they never answear yet they are in sometimes and just don't pick up the phone........most of the days they are always closed and if you do manage to get hold of one of them a the estate agents they just tell you we send someone out...never happens.

Absolutely shocking people to do business with. Still haven't returned my partners deposit even though property has been re-let. When they actually answer the phone they just fob you off with lies. No gas safety check done on property after first year of being in property and they still don't care!!! How they can trade like this is absolutely disgusting. Avoid this company like the plague....You have been warned

Terrible. They don't care who they rent to and have no concern about the impact that this has on the neighbours of the properties that they own.
I am sure that there are some very nice people that rent properties through them. However in my case I have had 2 sets of neighbours from hell living next door to me!
They should try having some of these people living next door to them.
